What You Bring

Proven experience as a Caregiver, HHA, or PCA (especially with Hoyer lift or memory care clients).

Compassion, patience, and genuine respect for seniors and their families.

Ability to manage short or long-hour shifts, including split shifts.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).

Dependability, strong communication skills, and a heart for helping vulnerable individuals.
