🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring client safety

Prepare meals and assist with feeding while encouraging proper nutrition

Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)

Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment

Observe and report any changes in physical or mental condition to the care team

Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures

✅ Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required

Previous caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) is a MUST

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Ability to provide person-centered care

Valid driver’s license and car insurance (Required)
