Home Helpers Home Care is award winning non-medical home care agency seeks an experienced Community Care Coordinator. Our office is located in North Central CT. All applicants must live in CT and preferably live in Manchester, Tolland, Rockville area. The position acts as “Ambassador” for the agency at community functions and with referral partners. Strong sales and organizational skills are required as the position will qualify and meet with potential clients and their families to create a plan of care. The agreed plan with a committed schedule going forward will be provided to the agency for scheduling and implementation of services. Experience in the home care or senior services industry a plus. Competitive salary and commission with no cap. Position requires a car for site visits and light travel to conferences as needed.
