Overtime Pay - We believe in fairly compensating our caregivers for their hard work. Therefore, we offer overtime pay for any shifts that exceed 8 hours.

FirstLight Caregivers Need:
Be A Certified Home Care Aide in the State of CA
Have a Current TB Test
Experience as a Caregiver
Valid Driver’s License
Your Own Reliable Transportation
Auto Insurance
Be At Least 18
Willing To Submit to a Background Check
FirstLight Caregiver Duties:
Provide Companionship, Emotional Support and Supervision to Clients
Assistance with ADL's
Assistance with Transfers and Mobility
Assistance with Personal and Grooming Care
Transporting Clients to Appointments/Errands (Client Dependent)
Assisting with Meal Preparation/Feeding
Light Housekeeping/Laundry
Etc
