Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Ensure clients’ home environment is safe and clean.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or leisure activities using reliable transportation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and submit reports as needed.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting or transferring clients.
