HomeWell Care Services is launching our new Dialysis Day Support Program, and we’re hiring compassionate caregivers who want consistent daytime work while making a real difference in a client’s quality of life.

This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy relationship-based care, reliable schedules, and supporting clients through an important healthcare routine. What You’ll Do

✔ Safely transport clients to and from dialysis appointments ✔ Provide companionship and emotional support ✔ Assist with light personal care and mobility as needed ✔ Monitor client safety and comfort during appointments ✔ Communicate clearly with our care team ✔ Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle for client transport

No heavy transfers. No overnight shifts. No rotating chaos.

Schedule

Dialysis shifts may begin as early as 4:30 am–6:00 AM and continue into daytime hours.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Active auto insurance

Clean driving record

Ability to pass background screening

Professional, dependable, and compassionate

Availability during dialysis hours

Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP welcome)
