    ๐Ÿ’ฐ Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

    ๐Ÿš— Mileage Reimbursement: Tax-free reimbursement at the 2026 standard rate of 72.5 cents per mile for all authorized client transport and travel between clients.

    Companionship & Care: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily living tasks.

    Community Integration: Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.

    Health Monitoring: Provide medication reminders and respond to changes in health or behavior.

    Animal Friendly: Comfortably assist consumers who may have specially trained animal companions in their home.

    โœ… What You Need to Succeed

    ๐Ÿš— A valid California Driverโ€™s License, reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and a clean DMV record.

    โค๏ธ A compassionate, ethical, and patient mindset.

    ๐Ÿ“œ Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and provide a negative TB test (within the last 12 months).

    โš•๏ธ Current CPR and First Aid certification.

    ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a huge plus!

    โš–๏ธ Important Note on California Wage Order 15

    As a DSP with our agency, your role falls under the "Personal Attendant" classification of California Wage Order 15. This means your primary duties are to supervise, feed, or dress individuals who need support. To protect this legal classification and ensure you are never overburdened, any general housekeeping or non-attendant duties will strictly be capped and will never exceed 20% of your total weekly hours worked.
