    Key Responsibilities

    Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities

    Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

    Support emotional, social, and physical well‑being

    Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately

    Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment

    Transport residents to appointments and off‑site activities

    Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams

    Protect resident rights and follow all safety procedures

    This is a safety‑sensitive caregiver position requiring strong attention to detail and accountability.

    Qualifications

    Must be 21 years or older

    Ability to complete Arizona‑approved Certified Caregiver training (employer paid)

    Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain. employer paid)

    Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain, employer paid)

    Strong ethics, compassion, and reliability

    Alignment with a faith‑based / Christian mission preferred

    Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.
