Rainbow Acres, a faith‑based nonprofit residential community, is hiring Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities

Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support emotional, social, and physical well‑being

Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately

Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment

Transport residents to appointments and off‑site activities

Collaborate with healthcare, vocational, and support teams

Qualifications

Must be 21 years or older

Ability to complete Arizona‑approved Certified Caregiver training

Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred

Must pass:

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

Background check

Drug screening

Pre‑employment physical

Reference check

APS Registry verification

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain)

Strong ethics, compassion, and reliability

Alignment with a faith‑based / Christian mission preferred

Skills

Caregiving and direct support experience

Strong communication and documentation

Customer service mindset

Ability to work outdoors and navigate ranch terrain
