    About the Role:

    Senior Helpers of Portland/Vancouver is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver-Driver to join our dedicated team in Vancouver, WA. This rewarding role combines hands-on personal care with safe, reliable transportation to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.     Responsibilities:

    Provide compassionate in-home personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

    Safely transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings

    Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

    Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

    Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families

    Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit

    Follow individualized care plans and adhere to senior care best practices

    Requirements:

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance

    Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience preferred

    Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

    Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

    Strong communication and time management skills

    CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
