    We are looking for compassionate caregivers who are available during morning, mid-day, and late afternoon hours to support clients throughout Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and Lakewood.     About Us

    Assisting Hands Littleton is a non-medical, private-duty in-home care agency serving clients throughout Littleton, Lakewood, and Highlands Ranch, CO. Our caregivers provide trusted, one-on-one support that helps clients live independently at home, offering peace of mind to families who value dependable, compassionate care.

    Schedule

    We are currently hiring caregivers with availability between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, covering a mix of:

    Morning shifts

    Mid-day support

    Late afternoon care

    Hours will vary based on client needs and requests, making this a great fit for caregivers who enjoy flexibility and variety in their schedule.

    What You’ll Provide

    Personal care and daily living support

    Companionship and meaningful conversation

    Assistance with meals, mobility, and routines

    Light housekeeping and home support

    A calm, caring presence throughout the day

    Some clients may include pet care support, including homes with cats and other pets

    Requirements

    Minimum 1 year caregiving experience required (in-home or facility)

    Must be 18 years or older

    High School Diploma or GED

    Eligible to work in the United States

    Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

    Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    Ability to pass background and CAPS checks

    3 professional references

    Negative TB test within 30 days of hire

    Comfort working in homes with pets, especially cats
