In this role, you will provide top-notch, personalized care to our clients, enabling them to lead dignified and independent lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of services, focusing on assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and offering companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Plan and prepare meals with attention to nutritional guidelines and individual preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying living spaces, and organizing.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Monitor clients’ health by managing medication, observing physical and mental condition, and communicating potential changes to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands, ensuring safe transportation and mobility assistance.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Basic understanding of personal care and home management skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
