About the Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregiver to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality non‑medical in‑home care that helps older adults remain safe, independent, and dignified in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance

• Assist with ADLs that include but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility

• Prepare meals, do light housekeeping, run errands, laundry

• Offer non‑medical medication reminders

• Maintain a safe environment and report safety issues

• Document observations and completed tasks

• Follow care plans and agency protocols

• Communicate regularly with supervisor

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families

• Track time and mileage accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years caregiving or home care experience

• Must work within Chester, Montgomery & Delaware County

• Valid CPR/BLS certification

• Able to pass PA background checks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong English reading, writing, and communication
