Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. We are contracted with Medicaid State waiver programs to provide caregiver/attendant services to clients in there home. Ideal candidate will only live within 15-20 minutes away from your home. This client is located 75243 (Skillman/635).

Responsibilities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Housekeeping activities

Medication Reminders

Assist with errands and shopping (Vehicle is required)

Assist client to Dr appointments. Must have flexible schedule

Other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred

CNA accepted but not required

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and COOKING SKILLS

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines (HIPPA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift heaving objects, Transfer client

Compassionate, respectful, ethical - Communicate daily

Must have a reliable smart phone for clock in/out daily
