What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:
Personal Care, Bathing/Grooming
Medication Reminders
Meal Prep, Light Housekeeping, Transferring Assistance
Ambulation
Safety and Fall Protection
Companionship
Transportation
Reporting changes in condition
REQUIRED Qualifications:
CNA licensed in Florida or Certified HHA
Valid CPR certification with BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT)
*Level 2 Background Screen eligible
Certificates: Alzheimer's/Dementia, HIV, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication 2 hours each)
Additional Certificate: Department of Elder Affair ADRD
Proven home care experience
Excellent communication skills
Reliable Transportation
Ability to use electronic devices independently
