Right at Home Spokane, a trusted and award-winning in-home care agency, is looking for compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults in their own homes. If you’re a Caregiver who truly enjoys helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Caregiver Responsibilities

In this Personal Caregiver role, you will:

Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients

Deliver one-on-one in-home care with varying shift times based on client needs

Qualifications for Caregivers

We welcome both experienced Caregivers and those new to home care who have a genuine heart for service.

HCA (Health Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license preferred, but not required – we can pay for your HCA training

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check

Reliable, honest, and caring, with a strong desire to help others
