The Role

As a Home Care Aide with Renew Residential Services, you'll work one-on-one with older adults in their own homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and joyfully where they belong. Every client is different, and that's what makes this work meaningful.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs and personal care such as bathing, dressing, hygiene

Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry

Build trusted relationships with clients and families

Provide genuine companionship by taking part in activities they enjoy

Engage patients in exercises or other activities

What We're Looking For

A genuinely caring person who takes pride in showing up for others

Reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver's license, and current auto insurance

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Prior home care, hospice, or caregiving experience is a plus — but not required
