Available Caregiver Positions / Shifts (Choose Your Schedule):

Daytime Caregiver: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Mid / Afternoon Caregiver Shift: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Overnight Caregiver: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Flexible scheduling available. Part-time and full-time caregiver positions available based on availability.

Job Overview

HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Provide medication reminders

Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers

Offer companionship and emotional support

Support daily activities and behaviors as needed

Perform light housekeeping for a safe home

Skills

Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred

Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred

Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy

Meal prep and dietary awareness

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

Location Requirement: Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Olivette area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.

Work Location: In person
