McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide exceptional, one-on-one support to clients throughout Lee and Collier County.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our home care team, you’ll help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Typical responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)

Providing care and companionship to clients, including those with dementia or memory care needs

Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration

Offering medication reminders (no administration)

Performing light housekeeping and laundry

Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in client health or behavior

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

CPR certification (or willingness to complete)

TB test completed within the last 6 months (or willingness to complete)

Level 2 background screening (or willingness to complete)
