Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility support, including transferring and ambulation assistance

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

Monitor and report changes in client condition to family or supervising staff

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)

Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred

CNA, HHA certification, or similar credentials (if required by state)

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
