Location: Old Town Patient: Female client Hours: 26 hours per week (flexible schedule)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver, Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a female client in Old Town. The client is very flexible with dates, times, and services, making this a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for schedule flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a big heart and a passion for helping others—not only by delivering high-quality personal care, but also by building genuine and respectful relationships with patients. You will work directly in the patient’s home, following an individualized care plan to promote comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, and mobility

Provide personal care and light housekeeping such as changing bed linens, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment

Observe and document patient condition, progress, or concerns and report findings to the supervisor

Build meaningful relationships by engaging in conversation, reading aloud, or providing companionship to support mental and emotional well-being

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Current CPR certification

Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to patient-centered care
