The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows.
We have an immediate need for a client receiving 24/7 care in the 27612 zip code for all shifts (9am-9pm, 9pm-9am)
RESPONSIBILITIES
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:
Companionship
Light cooking and cleaning
Bathing, grooming and toileting
Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
QUALIFICATIONS
CNA, HHA or PCA credentials
Exceptional communication skills
Experience working with clients/patients with dementia
Proof of current TB testing
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
Must be OK with a dog in the house
BENEFITS
