About the Role:

Creative Caregivers of Florida is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Homemaker Companions to join our team in Englewood, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients during our 3PM–8PM shifts, providing essential support and companionship right when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes

Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying living spaces

Prepare and serve meals according to client dietary needs and preferences

Assist with medication reminders and monitor client well-being

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Communicate updates on client condition and needs to supervisors and family members

Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or companion preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Ability to work consistent 3PM–8PM evening shifts reliably

Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification a plus
