Job Title: Dedicated Part-Time Caregiver for Observant Jewish Client (Kosher Compliance Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, compassionate, and reliable caregiver to provide dedicated in-home support to a female client in Sandy Springs. This role is essential for maintaining a peaceful and organized home environment, as both client and spouse work from home.

A key requirement for this position is a deep respect for and strict adherence to Kosher dietary laws and Jewish traditions at all times. The ideal candidate is patient, efficient, proactive, and focused on providing a high quality of personalized care.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The caregiver's role primarily supports the client during "down cycles" and includes:

Personal Care Assistance: Help with daily personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, showering, dressing, and morning/evening routines.

Medication Management: Organize and administer vitamins, supplements, and prescribed medications.

Kosher Food Compliance: Assist with food preparation for the client and spouse, strictly following the client's instructions on preparation, storage, and serving.

Note: The caregiver must ensure the home remains a Kosher environment. Absolutely no non-Kosher food may be brought into the client's home.

Transportation: Drive the client to various appointments and meetings (e.g., MD, hair, nails).

Household Support: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including maintaining a highly organized, neat, and tidy environment.

Administrative Tasks: Assist the client with light administrative duties, such as managing emails, making and returning phone calls for appointments, and confirmations.

Companionship: Provide companionship, which may include reading or walking with the client.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Cultural Competence: Willingness to learn, understand, and respect the family’s Observant Jewish and Kosher practices.

Professionalism: Must be consistently punctual and maintain a mature, professional demeanor, focusing fully on the client's needs. Personal phone use is not permitted during working hours, except in emergencies.

Communication: Speak proper and clear English that is easily understandable.

Physical Capability: Must be in good health and physically fit to navigate two sets of stairs and assist the client if necessary (e.g., in the event of a fall).

Technical Skills: Proficient with household appliances, basic technology, and general cooking/baking.

Personal Traits: Possesses a positive, even-tempered, and proactive "can-do" mindset. Must be fast, efficient, and solution-oriented.
