    Competitive pay: $20 - $25/hr - Highly competitive. We offer pay above the industry standards in San Joaquin county because we expect the best from our caregivers!

    Requirements:

    Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register before hire

    Negative TB test within the last 2 years

    Valid CPR/BLS certification

    1–2 years caregiving experience (home care, senior living, hospital, or CNA/MA/LVN)

    Compassionate, patient, reliable, and strong communication skills

    High School Diploma/GED

    Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle

    What You’ll Do

    Provide personalized care and companionship for clients in their homes

    Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

    Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed

    Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping support

    Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings

    Communicate regularly with families and the care management team

    Assist with toileting and incontinence issues
