Someone near you needs help staying in their own home — and we're looking for the right person to make that possible.

Assisting Hands Home Care is a nationally recognized home care brand with a local team serving Cobb County. When you call our office, you reach a real person — no call centers, no AI, no being put on hold with someone in another state. We hire caregivers directly as W-2 employees and match you with clients close to where you live. Whether you're in Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, or anywhere in between, there's a good chance we have clients in your area who need someone right now.

    We're scheduling interviews this week.

    What the work looks like

You'll visit clients in their homes and help with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, grooming, making meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and being a steady, dependable presence. Over time, most caregivers build a consistent schedule with familiar clients. When you're starting out, there may be some variety while we find the right match for your area and availability.

    Schedule

Daytime is our biggest need — generally 8am–5pm on weekdays. We also have evening and overnight openings. We're looking for people who can commit to 20 or more hours per week. Tell us what you have and we'll work to build something that fits.

    What you get

$15–$18/hr based on experience and certifications

W-2 employment — direct hire, not contract or temp work

    Mileage reimbursement

    Holiday pay at time-and-a-half

    Bi-weekly paychecks

Referral bonuses — refer a caregiver who stays and you get paid

Paid training — no certifications required to apply

24/7 support from our local team

    What we need from you

Valid Georgia driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified before your start date)

Negative TB test or chest X-ray

CNA or PCA experience is a plus — but if you have real caregiving experience and no credentials, we'll train you

If you want consistent hours, a team you can actually reach, and work that matters, apply today.
