Job Title: Caregiver (Male Requested by Client) - NW Houston

Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a genuine difference in someone’s life? We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Male Caregiver to join our team and provide personalized in-home care for a male client in the Northwest Houston / Cypress area.

Our client is seeking a male caregiver to assist with personal care and companionship to ensure he can remain safe, comfortable, and independent in his own home.

Responsibilities

Personal Care: Provide assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Mobility Support: Assist with safe transfers and ambulation (walking).

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.

Companionship: Build a rapport through conversation, activities, and emotional support.

Light Housekeeping: Keep the client’s environment clean and organized (laundry, dishes, tidying).

Transportation: Assist with grocery shopping or medical appointments as needed.

Qualifications

Preference: Male candidate highly preferred per client’s personal care request.

Experience: 1 year of previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar environment.

Reliability: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle.

Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and pass a background check.
