Caregiver (CNA) Manager Starting Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Full-time | Blend of Field & Office Work
A Role Designed for CNAs who are Ready for More
If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant who has felt overworked, under-recognized, or boxed into facility care, this role was created with you in mind.
The Caregiver Manager role is a true step up—one that appreciates the real-world skills you have developed at the bedside and allows you to apply them in a leadership capacity. You will be seen as a professional, trusted for your judgment, and supported as you grow.
This position is ideal for CNAs who want:
Time to provide quality, 1:1 care
A clear and fair pay structure
Recognition for the importance of their work
Exposure to management and leadership responsibilities
A path for continued advancement—not a dead end
What Makes This Role Different
✔ 1:1 Care—Never a Facility Assignment
You will never be responsible for multiple clients at once. When you are with a client, you have the time to be present, attentive, and deliver care the right way—without rushing from room to room.
✔ A Meaningful Step Into Management
This role intentionally bridges caregiving and leadership. You will:
Support caregivers in the field
Help reinforce quality standards
Serve as a trusted point of contact for both clients and caregivers
Learn how care is coordinated, supported, and managed behind the scenes
You are not expected to “just figure it out.” You will be trained, mentored, and supported by an experienced office team.
✔ Respect, Recognition, and Voice
Your background matters here. As a former or current CNA, your insight is valued—not dismissed. You will be listened to, included, and recognized for your contributions to both care quality and team success.
✔ Clear and Fair Pay
Starting rate: $20/hour
Transparent expectations
