Caregiver (CNA) Manager Starting Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Full-time | Blend of Field & Office Work

A Role Designed for CNAs who are Ready for More

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant who has felt overworked, under-recognized, or boxed into facility care, this role was created with you in mind.

The Caregiver Manager role is a true step up—one that appreciates the real-world skills you have developed at the bedside and allows you to apply them in a leadership capacity. You will be seen as a professional, trusted for your judgment, and supported as you grow.

This position is ideal for CNAs who want:

Time to provide quality, 1:1 care

A clear and fair pay structure

Recognition for the importance of their work

Exposure to management and leadership responsibilities

A path for continued advancement—not a dead end

    What Makes This Role Different

    ✔ 1:1 Care—Never a Facility Assignment

You will never be responsible for multiple clients at once. When you are with a client, you have the time to be present, attentive, and deliver care the right way—without rushing from room to room.

✔ A Meaningful Step Into Management

This role intentionally bridges caregiving and leadership. You will:

    Support caregivers in the field

    Help reinforce quality standards

Serve as a trusted point of contact for both clients and caregivers

Learn how care is coordinated, supported, and managed behind the scenes

You are not expected to “just figure it out.” You will be trained, mentored, and supported by an experienced office team.

    ✔ Respect, Recognition, and Voice

Your background matters here. As a former or current CNA, your insight is valued—not dismissed. You will be listened to, included, and recognized for your contributions to both care quality and team success.

    ✔ Clear and Fair Pay

    Starting rate: $20/hour

    Transparent expectations

Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement as competencies are demonstrated

    What You’ll Do

    Client & Field Support

Provide occasional hands-on care in 1:1 client settings

Observe care delivery and support quality standards

Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers

Help ensure care plans are followed with dignity and consistency

    Caregiver Support & Leadership

Serve as a resource and support for caregivers in the field

Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and coaching

Help caregivers feel heard, respected, and successful

Communicate concerns and insights to the office team

Office & Care Coordination (With Training)

Learn scheduling, documentation, and care coordination processes

Partner with the office team to support smooth operations

Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts

    Who This Role Is For

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or experienced caregivers

Professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow

CNAs who want leadership exposure without leaving care entirely

Those who value teamwork, structure, and professional respect

Individuals ready to build competencies that lead to long-term career advancement

    What We Offer

    Competitive starting pay that grows

    A respectful, supportive, team-based culture

    Clear expectations and structured training

Real opportunities to advance into higher-level leadership roles

A work environment where quality matters more than speed

    If you have ever thought:

“I love caring for people—but I want to be respected, supported, and fairly paid.” This role was designed for you.

Apply today to take the next step in leveling up your caregiving career.
