    At Assisting Hands of Collegeville, we’re hiring a Caregiver Manager (Home Health Aide Manager) who is ready to blend fieldwork with leadership. This is the perfect position for someone who’s reliable, organized, and passionate about helping caregivers and clients succeed.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Spend time in the field supporting clients with ADLs

    Train and onboard new caregivers

    Step in for client visits as needed

    Support caregivers with coaching and feedback

    Help screen new caregivers with the recruiting team

    Recommend scheduling and care plan updates

    Track caregiver performance and engagement

    Rotate on-call one week per month (paid bonus)

    Qualifications

    Current CNA license in Pennsylvania

    At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA

    Previous experience in training, leadership, or management preferred

    Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel across Montgomery County

    Schedule & Pay

    Full-Time: Typically Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Weekends as Needed

    Must have open availability Monday-Friday 8am-8pm

    Some flexibility required to accommodate client care or emergent situations

    Starting Pay: $20/hour

    Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile between client visits

    Rotating on-call required one week per month after training

    $100 bonus for each on-call week
