McKenney Home Care is a private duty agency that serves our Clients needs in Sarasota and Charlotte County. We are committed to valuing our TEAM and offer around-the-clock office and nursing support. We recognize that many employees require flexible positions that accommodate their current schedules, and we have opportunities to help make that possible!

Duties:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders

Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands for clients

Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Shifts available vary from 2 hours, 4-6 hours and 12 hours days, nights and weekends! Various Clients in Sarasota, Venice, North Port!

Job Requirements:

• Ability to properly lift and move objects or individuals safely- we do not permit "deadlifts"
• Ability to follow the prescribed Care Plan
• Strong attention to detail and ability to properly document shift tasks
• Have a compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance and Transportation
• Current or willingness to complete Hands-On CPR Certification-we offer a $60 course through our office and give you the cert
• Current or willingness to complete Level 2 Background Screening
• Current (within the last 6 months) or willingness to complete TB Test
