Primary Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and tidying Offer companionship, conversation, and engagement such as indoor/outdoor activities and community outings Complete accurate documentation using the WellSky mobile app Provide reliable transportation for errands and appointments Follow individualized care plans and instructions from supervisors or nurses

Required Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation AHCA Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain CPR certification (in-person; offered through our office for $50, valid for 2 years) Recent TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years Strong communication, documentation skills, professionalism, and reliability
