    Job Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

    2. Medication Management:
    - Administer prescribed medications and document in accordance with care plans and legal regulations.
    - Ensure the safe storage and handling of medications, and maintain accurate records of all medications administered.
    - Educate clients and their families about medication schedules and potential side effects.

    3. Household Support:
    - Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping as needed to promote a comfortable living environment.
    - Help clients maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living space.

    4. Collaboration and Communication:
    - Work closely with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to develop and implement personalized care plans.
    - Maintain clear and timely communication regarding care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.

    5. Compliance and Training:
    - Adhere to all safety and health regulations, confidentiality policies, and care standards.
    - Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or related field preferred.
    - Certification as a Medication Technician (or equivalent) and experience in caregiving.
    - Strong knowledge of medication administration and managing side effects.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed.
    - Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and bending for extended periods.
    - Comfortable working in various environments, including client homes and healthcare facilities.
