About the Position: First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for a client in Peachtree City, GA. This is a full-time opportunity with approximately 40 hours per week for the right caregiver who is committed to providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support

Offer companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Provide medication reminders as directed

Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency

Maintain clear communication with the agency and document any concerns

Qualifications:

Valid Georgia PCA certification or CNA license preferred

Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and valid identification

Ability to pass a background check
