Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non‑medical support to clients in their homes, including:

Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Medication reminders and companionship

Supporting clients with daily routines and activities

Working various shifts based on client needs and availability

Each Caregiver is matched thoughtfully with clients to ensure comfort, consistency, and quality care.

Caregiver Requirements

HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required (paid training available)

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
