HomeWell is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide quality non-medical in-home care that supports clients’ safety, independence, and well-being. We value caregivers who show empathy, communicate professionally, and are committed to making a positive difference every day.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Provide medication reminders

Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers

Support daily activities and behaviors as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment

Experience:

Caregiving: 1-2 years preferred

Not required but preferred:

Bed bound: 2 years

Dementia Care: 2 years

Hospice Care: 2 years

Manual Patient Handling: 2 years

Gait Belt

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Car Insurance

Reliable transportation

Ability to Commute: Webster Groves, MO

Ability to Relocate: Webster Groves, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
