What you’ll do:

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)

Assist with transfers and safe mobility

Offer companionship and emotional support

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meals

Run errands and accompany clients to appointments

Deliver medication reminders and document care

Requirements:

Current PCA, HHA, or CNA license in Virginia

CPR certification and negative TB screening

Ability to pass a background check (per VA HCO requirements)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

Able to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
