PART-TIME CAREGIVER (20+ HOURS/WEEK) Morris, IL & Surrounding Areas

PAY & PERKS

• $17.00/hr starting • $18.00/hr with verified experience (Healthcare Worker Registry) • +$1.50/hr overnight differential (10p–7a) • Raises at 6 and 12 months (performance-based) • Annual cost-of-living adjustment • Paid travel time between clients • Mileage reimbursement (approved travel) • Opportunities for additional hours over time

SCHEDULE

• At least 20 hours/week availability • Must include at least two weekdays • Additional hours available for caregivers with flexibility

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) • Support mobility and safety • Meal prep and light housekeeping • Provide companionship and daily support • Follow care plans and document visits

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• At least 18 years old • Reliable and consistent attendance • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation • Ability to work independently and follow care plans • Willing to complete background checks and onboarding

Experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• In-person orientation (completed before scheduling) • Paid shadow shifts • Ongoing training and feedback • Clear expectations so you feel confident in your role

SERVICE AREA

We serve multiple surrounding communities, including rural areas. We aim to keep assignments within about 30 minutes of your home when possible, though some local travel may be required. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement apply between client visits.
