About the Role:

A Home Away From Home Boutique Memory Care is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Part-Time/PRN Caregivers to join our team. If you have a passion for serving older adults living with dementia or memory impairment and enjoy providing personalized, relationship-centered care, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

Support residents with mobility, toileting, dressing, bathing, and meals

Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Communicate effectively with team members and families

Follow all company policies and resident care plans

Requirements:

Experience in assisted living, memory care, home care, or healthcare preferred

PCA, CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass a criminal background check

CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
