About the Position: Green Tree Home Care is looking for dedicated Per Diem Caregivers to join our team and provide meaningful, personalized support to clients in the Poway, CA area. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, in-home personal care to clients.

Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and preparing meals.

Offer medication reminders and observe clients’ overall well-being.

Encourage client engagement through conversation and recreational activities.

Record and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

Keep the living environment clean and safe.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, families, and team members.

Follow all health and safety protocols during care.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in home care or a similar role is required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compassionate, reliable, and excellent with interpersonal communication.

Able to assist with lifting or transferring clients when necessary.

Must be flexible and available to work on a per diem basis.

Background check and current TB clearance are required.
