About the Role: Green Tree Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Per Diem Care Professionals to provide in-home support to clients in the Poway area. If you're passionate about delivering quality care and creating a positive impact in the lives of others, we welcome you to join our dedicated team.

Primary Duties:

Provide respectful, hands-on personal care and support in clients’ homes.

Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

Offer medication reminders and monitor general well-being.

Promote emotional wellness through conversation and engagement in daily activities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.

Report any changes in client condition to the care coordination team promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team staff.

Follow all required safety and health care procedures.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of experience in home care or a similar caregiving setting.

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.

Strong communication skills and a warm, dependable nature.

Ability to assist with client mobility and physical support as needed.

Flexible availability for per diem scheduling, including weekends if needed.

Must pass a background check and have an up-to-date TB clearance.
