FirstLight Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team serving clients in the Spring Hill area. If you enjoy helping others and want a rewarding career where your work truly matters, we would love to hear from you.

We provide non-medical home care services that help seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Provide medication reminders

Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers

Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Observe and report changes in client condition

Complete required documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

Caregiving experience preferred but not required

CNA license is a plus

Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to pass a background check

Authorized to work in the United States
