    Your Role

    As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance and support to residents based on their individual care plans. This includes helping with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Caregivers work under the supervision of the Resident Care Coordinator and collaborate closely with the care team to ensure residents receive exceptional care in accordance with Title 22 and internal policies.

    Our caregiver roles are tiered into four levels to match training and skills with resident needs:

    Level 1 – General Support Caregiver: Provides companionship, safety monitoring, and basic non-hands-on assistance.

    Level 2 – Personal Caregiver: Provides hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

    Level 3 – Medication Technician: Assists with self-administration of medication in compliance with RCFE standards and completes documentation accurately.

    Level 4 – Behavior Support Specialist: Trained in de-escalation and behavioral support for residents with communication challenges or behavioral symptoms.

    Regardless of level, all caregivers are expected to follow infection control procedures, ensure resident dignity, document care activities, and respond to emergencies according to community protocols.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum age of 18 years (or as required by state regulations).
    • TB clearance and Health Screening (LIC 503).
    • Criminal background clearance and fingerprinting (LIC 508).
    • First Aid and CPR certification (training provided if needed).
    • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and assisting with resident transfers.
    • Previous experience in senior care preferred but not required we provide training for the right candidates.
