About the Role:

Nurse Next Door San Jose is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Administer medications and maintain accurate health records.

Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction.

Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:.

Previous caregiving experience in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Background check clearance

HCA Registration with Guardian (State of CA)

TB test

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
