    Location: Gresham, OR

    Schedule Options:

    • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
    • Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

    Pay: $20–$21 per hour (based on experience)

    Caregiver Job Duties:

    • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
    • Bathing, dressing, grooming
    • Meal preparation and/or feeding
    • Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
    • Companionship and support with hobbies or daily activities
    • Transport clients to appointments or errands
    • Monitor and report changes in client condition
    • Provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months of recent, direct caregiving experience
    • Comfortable working in homes with pets and smokers
    • Reliable transportation to drive clients as needed
    • Valid driver's license , auto insurance , and clean driving record
    • At least 18 years old
    • Ability to pass a state and national background check
    • Willingness to complete required caregiver/HCA training
    • Note: If you have not completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse training, you will be paid to complete this along with nurse-led medication training prior to your first shift.
