Responsibilities: • Assist residents with daily living activities , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Provide companionship and emotional support , fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere. • Monitor residents for changes in health, behavior, or mood , and report concerns to appropriate staff. • Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed. • Maintain a clean and safe living environment , including light housekeeping duties. • Prepare and serve nutritious meals , adhering to dietary restrictions and guidelines. • Administer or assist with medication management under supervision. • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and staff. • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with care and professionalism. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for senior care. Compensation: $10.60 hourly
