Caregiver/Support Adults With Developmental Disabilities
We are a community-based adult day program focused on behavior management for adults with developmental disabilities. We provide vocational training, community integration, and personalized support to help our participants achieve their goals in a positive, engaging environment. We are currently hiring for the following positions, full-time and part-time, 9:00-3:00 PM ( Monday–Friday). All roles require dedication, compassion, and experience in adult day programs for behavior management.
Location: ANAHEIM, CA (on-site adult day program) Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (Monday–Friday, Day shifts) Compensation: $19.00 – $22 per hour (DOE)
$300 sign-on bonus is offered

Job Summary
Join our team as a Caregiver and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. You'll help enhance their quality of life by assisting with daily tasks like personal care, hygiene, and feeding. This role also involves supporting clients with toileting, changing diapers, and other essential functions that promote a healthy living environment. We're looking for a patient, compassionate, reliable, kind-hearted, and dedicated caregiver.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
Assist with mobility, walking.
Prepare meals, snacks, and feeding.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with toileting and changing diapers.
Assisting with personal care and daily activities during program hours.
Be a Friendly, supportive presence in someone's life.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Compassionate, respectful, ethical, and maintain a positive attitude.
A willingness to learn and grow with our team.
What you need to apply
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel.
Must pass a background check.

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
