    Job Title: Caregiver

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to lead comfortable, dignified, and independent lives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    - Provide mobility assistance for clients through walking and use of wheelchairs.
    - Administer prescribed medications under the direction of healthcare professionals.
    - Engage clients in meaningful conversation, recreation activities, and social interactions to enhance their wellbeing.
    - Prepare meals according to specific dietary and nutritional needs.
    - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
    - Accompany clients to medical appointments and ensure timely transportation.
    - Monitor and report changes in client health status to family members and healthcare providers.
    - Implement personalized care plans and ensure all care provided is documented accurately and promptly.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
    - Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
    - Proven experience as a caregiver, or in a related field, is highly desirable.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
    - Physical stamina and ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.

    Working Conditions:

    - Work is primarily performed in clients’ homes or residential facilities.
    - Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required based on client needs.
