    Executive Home Care of Conway, AR, is seeking Home Caregivers to provide invaluable social support and light assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

    Responsibilities:

    Spend quality time with clients through meaningful conversations, reading aloud, playing games, or sharing hobbies to combat loneliness and stimulate mental well-being.

    Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

    Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

    Provide safe transportation and companionship to appointments, social outings, community events, or for errands as in grocery shopping.

    Help clients with meal planning and preparation, and offer cheerful company during meals.

    Help maintain a comfortable living environment with light housekeeping, tidying, and organizing.

    Gently remind clients to take medications according to their prescribed schedules.

    Observe and report any notable changes in clients' demeanor, routines, or well-being to the care team promptly. You'll also accurately document your visits and observations.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

    Previous experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility

    Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.

    Provide a compassionate and empathetic attitude.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.

    Reliable transportation.

    Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team environment.
