Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Document care provided and report any significant changes in client condition.

Qualifications:

- Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Must be able to work 16-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
