Duties:
Assisting with personal care – Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Managing medication – Reminding or administering prescribed medications.
Meal preparation – Cooking and serving nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
Mobility support – Helping with walking, transfers, or using mobility aids.
Companionship – Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation or activities.
Light housekeeping – Keeping the living space clean and safe (laundry, dishes, tidying).
Monitoring health – Observing and reporting any changes in physical or mental condition.
